There is a internal fan to cool the CPU/GPU so it makes noise and limits ways you can hold the tablet.

I highly suggest installing the Windows 8 Beta, which is much more tablet friendly and then later purchasing a full copy of Windows 8 when released.

Through USB you can connect any normal USB device (mouse, keyboard, game controller, etc.).

Not an efficient ebook reader, the battery life is not that great since it's a PC still.

Operating system

The hardware is nice, but MSI's software makes your first experiences less than positive.

The software setup is obnoxious: MSI displays a dialog asking if you want to install their bloatware: Bing Bar and NuancePDF reader.
MSI WindPad 110W-014US 32 GB | Rated 80% by by David-Albert--LogicalDave (Mar, 2012)
The tablet is ridiculously ahead of its time and is actually waiting for software/companies to pop up to fully take advantage of all of its function.

Screen

The only noticeable issue is that the screen is *very* reflective, however in my very brightly lit office, it is quite readable; the reflections are just a distraction.

Its is extremely responsive to touch, I was expecting it to be a little bit sluggish, but is very comparable to a Motorola Xoom or a Galaxy S phone.

MSI's O-Easy touch software sucks, it breaks the GPS driver.

I can't believe I am actually waiting for Windows 8 to come out soon.

The Windows 8 driver couldn't read the images from either webcam.
MSI WindPad 110W-014US 32 GB | Rated 80% by by um-what (Jan, 2012)
I did have to load some drivers from the MSI website and revert the graphics driver to the MSI version from the one installed with Windows 8.

With a ~$140 Energizer XP18000 external battery, it's workable, but clumsy.

working within XBMC with touchpad sometimes clearly was a bad idea, you need to have a usb keyboard and mouse handy or use the mouse on the side.
