The Transformer Pad has a much more average display: it's reasonably bright, with super-wide viewing angles and accurate colors, but it's no more readable outside than any other tablet.

I have used Ipads and frankly the addition of the keyboard, quad core and ease of memory expansion puts the ASUS ahead.

The quality of the 10.1-inch, 1280×800-resolution Gorilla Glass display is just downright impressive, especially for the price.

Coming back to the Asus, What makes it a really good tablet.... It has a really good screen too, I feel it's more than enough for a display of this size.
Eee Pad Transformer TF300 by Sathish (Aug, 2012)
Another nice thing is that the display is large, so someone with poorer vision should be able to use the keyboard and read the display quit well.

screen resolution

It's not a super high resolution display, so the individual pixels are pretty good sized, and this was pretty noticeable.
Eee Pad Transformer TF300 by Andrew-Vosper (Sep, 2012)
The device uses a IPS display like the iPad and has a resolution of 1024x800, providing a beautiful display.

The front camera has less pixels and isn't as great, but is perfect for video calls and gets the job done.
Eee Pad Transformer TF300 by Keith-D.-Sniadach (May, 2012)
The 1.2-megapixel front camera takes decent shots as well, for what it is: it's brighter than many other tablets, but it's still nothing special.

To be honest i truly loved the Xoom which is why i decided to upgraded heck if 2 cores are great 4 must be incredible.
Eee Pad Transformer TF300 by Patrick-S-Chalmers (Jun, 2012)
Even better considering that the Transformer Prime is set to be the first quad-core tablet, as well as pack in plenty of other great features like a gig of RAM, 32 gigs of storage and a 10.1 inch display.

Web browsing is quite fast (I use Dolphin browser), and once I updated Adobe Flash, flash within web pages works great.
Eee Pad Transformer TF300 by Zachary-Wagner (Apr, 2012)
The browser will get slower when you install the flash and I couldn't find a way in turning the flash off so I had to leave it on or uninstalled which I end up doing, the tab to move the arrows to fix a letter or sentence was very slow is not like the ipad which you can fix any letter in a sentence by taping the screen and moving to the letter and fixing it, some apps in the android market will not load so I had to go back and refresh the page and do everything again which I found annoying!

Being mainly an iOS user I was very skeptical going into Android (with all the bugs, lag and other stuff I've heard about), but this tab doesn't have any issues at all!

The Honeycomb OS is a huge improvement but it is still not as smooth as Apple OS.
