The Nexus 7 offers excellent performance using Nvidia's quad-core Tegra 3 chip, so it'll be interesting to see whether the FonePad can outpace it.

Although the Fire is a top notch gadget in terms of build quality and even sports a dual core processor under the hood I unfortunately feel robbed in terms of accessing Android market apps.
