S1080 by ScarefishcrowReplicate hand controls in landscape mode on top and bottom borders of screen to facilitate true tablet functionality in portrait mode where tablets really shine, and finally, for now, better attachment for the accessory battery and make the 1024x600 max screen size support at least 1024 x 768 to avoid certain software incompatibilities due to the non-standard screen resolution.
iPad 1 by Jeffrey-Stanley (Jul, 2010)It isn't really better than iPhone for viewing messages, but viewing attachments on the big screen is worlds better.
screen resolution
S1080 by ScarefishcrowA mediocre softwre launching app is combined with a fantastic control program that can be found on the left edge of the screen on an "Action Bar.
iPad 1 by Richard-Stone--Unity-New-Thought (Feb, 2011)I also understand that much of the speed will be used to run a high-resolution screen which probably will negate any apparent gains in operating speed.

processor
S1080 by James-Park--cellvoom (Nov, 2011)The hardware could be better, such as the resolution and brightness and contrast as well as a longer lasting battery but what it lacks in these hardware limitations, it really shines in fast 5 second bootup from sleep mode while only draining about 12% during sleep mode per day, under 2 pound facility in weight, and a relatively speedy and sufficient processor with some occasional lags.
iPad 1 by MiRSD (Jun, 2010)Much like the iPhone, almost everything needs to be done through iTunes (transferring movies and music, updating, syncing), so those of you who hate the program will need to just suck it up for this one (even on my newer quad-core PC iTunes is a big resource hog, so I understand the pain)!
