8000 Series (2011 LCD) by c|net (Apr, 2011)We performed a hands-on evaluation of the 55-inch Samsung UN55D8000, but this review also applies to the other screen sizes in the series.
7900 Series by charles (Feb, 2012)This is a great tv, I used to have a D6420 for about 8 months and sold it, then I bought this awesome 3d tv, the picture feels like your in the movie or tv show, it has the auto motion plus 240 Hz and I love it even though I know almost no body likes it, the 3D looks so great even when you are converting 2D to 3D, The speakers I think they are ok, at least they are louder then the ones on the D6420 I had before.
thickness
8000 Series (2011 LCD) by Stephen-Gates--Steve-GThere is no denying that this TV looks beautiful with it's thin edge and it's slim design makes it look fantastic when you out it on the wall.
7900 Series by Otto-Bert (Sep, 2011)The picture is superb, the software and functionality are expansive, and the thin-ness of the device is remarkable.
