That said the other LCDs also maintained black quite well, as did the VT50 plasma which, after the Sharp, had the best overall bright-room picture in the lineup.

LG says the processor is needed, though, for the voice navigation technology inside the "four-mode" remote.

The UNES8000 is one of the most beautiful television designs you can buy, and earns the same 10 in design I awarded the LG LM9600 - although I do like the LG a bit better.

First PCs, then mobile, and now TVs: all have succumbed to the "dual-processor = better" marketing ploy, and LG makes much of the fact that the TV features an LG Dual Core chipset.

I performed a hands-on evaluation of the 55-inch Samsung UN55ES8000, but this review also applies to the other screen sizes in the series.

The best tv I have ever owned-superb picture, easy remote, great 3d-makes old movies look new and crisp, I recommend to anyone looking for led tv.

I will say it's much lighter than previous models, and a bit nicer looking, and it has the wifi built in which is great.

I even put in the 1989 Batman blu ray and was blown away at the quality.

The picture quality is fantastic once you make some adjustments in the picture setup menu.

The 3D when watching original 3D content is outstanding, specially taking into consideration that it's a passive 3D TV (with all the too-talked-about half-resolution 3D discussions - it still looks like full HD, whether it really is or isn't) with bright colors and deep, real-like, blacks.

Every aspect from streaming to the tv to watching old shows the 240 hertz throws regular shows into looking like high quality soap operas, and watching movies is rediculously awesome.

While videophiles would differ, I like the bright, vibrant colors on this TV much better than that of my backlit Vizio.
