The setup was easy and quick using HDMI cables only and it interfaced seamlessly with the Panasonic sound bar that we had also ordered using only the HDMI cable and connecting it to the ARC compatible connection on the TV.

I have an Aiptek 3D camera which connects directly to HDMI; I plugged this in and the 3D worked beautifully.

The 3d is absolutely fantastic and I really like the 2d to 3d upscaling.

* Toshiba has better aesthetics (TV is very thin, frame finish is nice, chrome accents are attractive, base of pedestal is glass).

The depth of colors and blacks is excellent.

With the 2D->3D conversion you can tell it's not true 3D, but there's definitely more depth to the picture and is a nice feature that works well.

The passive 3D technology that convert any 2D TV show, movie on DVD, and Netflix into 3D works really well.

It was a plus that the 3D glasses are the type that are almost weightless, fit over regular glasses, and not the type that need re-charging.

What's awesome is you can bring home those 3D glasses from theater and use them also.

i really want to mention here that passive 3D technology rocks in front of Active, passive is less expensive and give more 3D experience.
