XVT Series by rod (Feb, 2011)The picture is the BEST, very EZ set up, screen perfect for me in size, and most of all.....my wife loves it!!!!!Buy one of this model from the many picture sizes available and you will be as happy as I am.
M Series by Grandbied9 (Dec, 2010)The price was right for where I wanted it and I am very pleased, it doesn't take up much room but has a nice size screen.
thickness
XVT Series by sbenisch (Jan, 2011)Perfect depth and variety and accuracy of colors, with the blacks being smooth and silky and deep.
M Series by La (Jan, 2011)Very thin, energy efficent, volume is the best, great color and picture glad I didn't buy any other brand or tv.

XVT Series by c|net (Aug, 2010)We did not test the power consumption of this size in the Vizio XVT3SV series, but we did test the 55-inch model.
M Series by Raymond-Pacheco (May, 2011)I picked this model because it has 10W (total) speakers, low power consumption, headphone output, has all the connections you might need and it's not internet ready - (I prefer to use a separate Roku box).

Vizio XVT Series 47" Extra HDMI | Rated 100% by by Paul-on-the-Mesa (May, 2011)The Vizio XVT323SV is easy to set up, has a wonderful bluetooth remote, has many inputs for many different devices, and it streams Netflix very well.
Vizio XVT Series 47" Extra HDMI | Rated 80% by by Gregory-C.-Ristow--Greg-R. (Jun, 2011)I received my 32-inch Vizio from Amazon yesterday, and after I turned it on and went through the initial setup process, Hulu Plus did not show up.
Vizio M Series 47" | Rated 40% by by Anthony--sequenceomegaThe TV functionality and some extra features like Netflix work well.

Vizio XVT Series 47" Extra HDMI | Rated 60% by by Smitty1 (Oct, 2010)I attached a HDMI cable from my Dell laptop to the Vizio XVT473SV and things seemed good.
Vizio XVT Series 47" Extra HDMI | Rated 100% by by SeS--SeSAt some point I'll test it again and call Vizio or call upon my extended warranty, but I really only need 2 HDMI connections, and this TV has 4, so no big deal.
Vizio XVT Series 47" Extra HDMI | Rated 100% by by SeS--SeSthe VIZIO logo on the front is too big and too bright - pretty distracting, and so much so that I got a razor blade and custom cut some electrical tape such that only the 2 "i" letters appear - hardly notice the tape and not so annoying.-one of the HDMI ports on one of the 3 units acts strangely.

Vizio M Series 47" | Rated 80% by by parateer (Feb, 2012)You need an extra Foot and a half of HDMI cable to just plug in no matter how you are using the TV.
Vizio M Series 47" | Rated 80% by by K.-McAllister (Nov, 2010)It does not come with an HDMI cable, but I keep extras handy.
Vizio M Series 47" | Rated 100% by by C.-Miltenberger (Jul, 2011)I could have used a few extra analog inputs (composite and component)...not everything comes with HDMI.

Vizio XVT Series 47" Extra HDMI | Rated 80% by by Barry-J.-Schneider--need2actIf you can go up to 42", can afford an extra 1" of depth and the additional cost, then I'd recommend the XVT423SV: Better technology (full array w/local dimming, 10 mil:1 contrast, 240HZ) making the viewing experience even better.
Vizio XVT Series 47" Extra HDMI | Rated 100% by by Husker (Feb, 2011)I wasn't interested in 3D and never will be so I wasn't going to pay extra for that feature even though eventually all TVs will have a dumb 3D feature.
Vizio XVT Series 47" Extra HDMI | Rated 100% by by Vinny (Apr, 2011)My wife thought it a little dull at first, due to the matte finish, but now love the matte finish due to the suppressed reflection from our bright windows and prefers the standard setting over the vivid, extra bright images as you can watch it for longer periods without straining your eyes - and you want to watch it for longer periods!

Vizio XVT Series 47" Extra HDMI | Rated 100% by by Lilipi (Feb, 2011)This TV has only 1 set of red-yellow-white inputs so I had to purchase a different cord for our gaming system but that was easily solved; just make sure you look at your needs before ordering and add the extras you need.
Vizio M Series 47" | Rated 80% by by Paul-Andrew-Anderson (Jul, 2011)Now, since you can do this with any PC (tower or laptop) with a wired connection (RGB or HDMI) to any modern TV, the decision becomes, if you want to spend extra for the Internet App on any TV brand, or for now, just buy a tether and use a PC until they master the technology.
