At Sortable, we value our participation in conferences and industry events. This year the conference scene looks a little different with many events either being rescheduled or going virtual. These conferences are important for our publishers and the Ad Ops industry as a whole to connect and discuss the latest trending topics and hear from industry thought leaders.
Our team prides itself on being industry experts. This requires us to learn from others, share best practices, and apply what we’ve learned to help with our day-to-day operations. With that in mind, here’s a list of virtual industry events in 2020 that Sortable recommends:
PROGRAMMATIC I/O Innovation Labs
May 18–21, 2020
From the minds behind AdExchanger, and the world’s leading conference on programmatic marketing and media, PROGRAMMATIC I/O, comes an all-new virtual experience designed to give you the education you need for a stronger comeback. Your attendance is flexible — participate live or download on-demand recordings post-event.
Advertising Week JAPAC
June 9–10, 2020
This virtual edition of Advertising Week focuses on the Asia Pacific region, bringing together the leading minds in marketing, business, and popular culture to inspire the industry to move forward in a world changed by coronavirus. Speakers include Gary Vaynerchuk, CEO and co-founder of VaynerMedia, Lubomira Rochet, Chief Digital Officer of L’Oreal, and David Porter, VP of Global Media of Unilever.
Digiday Publishing Summit Live
June 24–26, 2020
At the Digiday Publishing Summit LIVE, you’ll gain insight into what lies ahead for publishers, including everything from mastering subscriptions, to making programmatic smarter, and balancing revenues live on Zoom. Their event pass gives you access to all live presentations and on-demand videos, lets you interact in town halls and working group discussions, and provides slides from any sessions.
This list is short right now, but we’ll continue to update it as different events are announced. If you know of any other virtual Ad Ops events, please reach out to us at email@example.com so that we may include it in our list.
