Sortable is the first Canadian company to receive the GoodWell certification
January 9, 2018
Based on quantifiable data and firm methodology, GoodWell has certified that Sortable is a fair, equitable, and humane workplace — the first in Canada to achieve this distinction. The GoodWell certification brings a data-driven approach to measuring a company’s culture and people. To determine the cultural health of an organization, GoodWell measures 11 key metrics from employee satisfaction to executive compensation to racial and gender pay equity to benefits. Employers are required to pass all categories to be certified.
“I’m thrilled at this accomplishment,” says Chris Reid, Sortable founder and CEO. “I’m proud to be a part of this success, but it’s our amazing team members who bring passion and care into the office everyday that are able to make it possible.”
“It’s great to see another strong company take the time and effort to build and foster a powerful work environment,” says Pete Gombert, founder of GoodWell. “Putting employees first is the only way to ensure a company’s lasting success.”
Sortable joins an elite group of forward-thinking companies that have been certified by GoodWell, demonstrating a commitment to an equitable workplace for all.
